Traveling to Rhode Island always proves to be an exercise in stretching my mind.  I grew up in Pawtucket and lived, studied and worked in the capital, Providence, for several years.  Boston is one of the best cities in the world, and I consider Providence to be a miniature Boston.  The heart of the city is walkable, the culinary scene is vibrant thanks to the fact that many Johnson & Wales students hone their craft in the city’s restaurants, and there are historical landmarks at every turn.   Two of the nations premiere educational Continue Reading…
