A little bit about me: I have a really cool job as a consultant in the hospitality industry. I travel. I meet exceptional people on a regular basis. I share stories and ideas with them. I like to snap photos along the way.
The people I work with and meet are from all over the world and from all walks of life. This is the best part of my job, hands down. The relationships forged, the stories told and the adventures lived are incredibly enriching.
My kids rock my world. They give my life a meaning and purpose that drives me every day. Despite the fact that we’re no longer together, I have a really good relationship with their mom. At the end of the day, we’re still partners in raising our children. #nodrama
When I take stock of my life, I don’t define value in terms of dollar signs. I’m rich because of my friends and family and for the way that their love, spirits, and ideas have woven a deep texture into the fabric of my own life.
These are things that I am very grateful for.
I’m all about sharing ideas and inspiration – from cultural observations to soul-jarring revelations and anything in between. I can pinpoint certain stories that have shaped my thinking and have lead to tremendous growth and understanding. Stories make the world go ’round; they are how we define ourselves and how we find deeper meaning in the everyday.
Sometimes I share are quotes that I use to inspire myself or reflect upon; other times, I write full posts with more fleshed-out ideas.
