Not sure where to hold your event? That's exactly where I start.
I analyze your meeting objectives, attendee profile, and budget to identify the right destination and property — not just the obvious one.
contract negotiations
Worried that hotels have the upper hand? They probably do.
Hotels negotiate contracts every day. Most clients do it once a year. I level that playing field — flagging the clauses that hurt you and pushing for terms that protect you.
global relationships
Need someone who can make a call and get results? That’s me.
When something goes sideways with your event, who do you call? I've spent 27 years building relationships with the people who can actually solve problems.
I started at the concierge desk.
Now I sit across from the hotel.
In 1999, I started my career at one of Arizona's most prestigious resorts. Over the next decade, I worked my way through hotel sales and leadership roles at some of the finest properties in the US and Caribbean.
In 2012, I switched sides. I took everything I learned working inside hotels — how they price, where they have flexibility, and what they put in contracts hoping you won't notice — and put it to work for meeting planners and event organizers instead.
My fee comes from the hotel as a commission on booked room revenue. That means my expertise costs you nothing out of pocket, and I only get paid when I deliver results for you.
Let's talk about your next event.
Whether you're planning a board retreat, an annual conference, or a company offsite — I can help you find the right hotel and make sure the contract works in your favor.
